About RCTNE

The Rotaract Club of Thane North End (RCTNE) is the youth wing of the Rotary Club of Thane North End, which was established on the 18th of September, 2012. Amongst various different clubs in the whole of the Rotaract District 3142, we have been consistently ranked in the top 10 clubs. We are an organization with over 100 active volunteers who conduct over 75 events at Club Level throughout the year.

Initiatives that enhance our reach and create impact in the community, uplifting the environment around us. The focus is to make a sustainable change, and understand the potential positive effects that we as Rotaractors can make, implementing them to make a difference

An avenue that serves as a medium to create strong bonds, and conduct fun activities. The aim is to foster a fun, lively, and socially engaging atmosphere in the club through these activities.

Career Development

An avenue focused on self-development and enriching self growth through trainings, sessions, introductions to new skills and concepts, and exploring opportunities.

Sports

An avenue that is much more than just track and field events, games, online gaming, and competitiveness, sports brings us together as one big team! Promoting national and international sports that might be unique and new through workshops, training sessions, and tournaments

International Service

Fostering relationships with other clubs outside the district and Rotaract Multi-District Information Organisations (MDIOs) across countries with active Rotaraction. Conducting initiatives on International Days recognised by the district.

Public Relations & Marketing.png

Public Relations and Marketing:

Identify and create opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships. Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing and branding activities to promote the club. Maintain relations with our partners and make sure their deliverables are completed on a timely basis. Encourage members to pursue marketing and branding opportunities.

Digital Communications:

Developing an online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement with the target audience, through social media platforms. Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting, enabling the audience to know about the initiatives that happen in the club. Conducting workshops, sessions that develop creative content creation and digital marketing skills.

Editorial

Create readable, encouraging, and thought-provoking content for Rotaractors to engage in. Initiate workshops for creative writing, provide a platform for Rotaractors to discuss and promote their works of literature. Curating magazines, newsletters, and a bulletin for the clubs highlighting projects conducted, etc.

Take active participation in improving and strengthening relations with your Rotary Club partners and other partners. involved. Training, Revival & Sustenance

Introducing Rotaraction to newly joined members, and conducting training sessions for the GBMs as well as BODs. Inculcating an inclusive environment within the club, fostering teamwork, and responsible leadership. Understanding the needs of members, and ensuring that members of the club are actively engaging in club activities.
